Time for a quick salad and this is easy and healthy. Make it tonight!
Celery Apple Salad
- 2 red apples
- 2 green apples
- 1 cup celery
- 1 cup light, low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
- 1/4 cup golden raisins
Dice apples into bite size pieces, I leave skin ON.
Stir together with yogurt, add nuts & raisins.
to make a chicken salad, just add some chopped leftover chicken, it will even make a great sandwich!
